Website and business

This website is operated for GP Aluminium Nigeria Limited. It provides information about aluminium products, fabrication and installation. You may browse and contact GP without opening an account. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or commit you to a payment.

Quotations and orders

Product suitability, measurements, quantities, finish, glazing, hardware, installation scope, access requirements, delivery dates and price must be confirmed for each project. A written quotation or order agreement should set out those details, taxes, delivery or installation charges, deposit and payment stages, cancellation arrangements and any warranty before you commit.

A project proceeds when you and GP expressly agree the order and any stated acceptance conditions are met. Check the written details and ask about anything unclear before authorising fabrication. Changes to scope or timing should be recorded with their price and delivery effect. This website does not provide a checkout or collect payment-card details.

Product information and illustrations

Website descriptions are a starting point for discussion, not a project-specific engineering design. Obtain the relevant technical confirmation before choosing a system. Images show possible appearances; they do not show verified GP installations, actual GP employees or a guaranteed product configuration. Colours and finishes can also differ between screens and physical samples.

Use of content

You may view the site and keep relevant information for considering a GP project. Logos, artwork, text and photographs may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to GP or others. Ask before reproducing them commercially; any applicable legal exception remains available. Do not use images as proof of completed work.

Only share drawings or other material you are authorised to provide. Sharing a project brief allows its use for assessing and fulfilling that request; it does not give GP permission to advertise your project or publish your photographs.

Responsible use and external links

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, impersonate someone or submit unlawful material. External links open services run by other organisations; their terms and privacy practices apply there. Report a broken link, suspected infringement or misleading information using the contacts below.

Consumer rights and complaints

Nothing here excludes a statutory consumer remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for defective performance, fraud, negligence or misrepresentation. Read our refund and cancellation policy for the complaint process. A quotation cannot override rights that the law makes mandatory.

Nigerian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to your transaction. You remain free to approach the FCCPC, another competent authority or a court with jurisdiction. These terms do not require private arbitration or waive access to a regulator.

Updates and privacy

Changes to website terms apply going forward and do not rewrite an existing agreed order. How we handle information is explained in the privacy policy. The site also provides font and icon licence notices.
